Welcome!! This trailer packs a punch in a small size!! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked- We take care of you! Perfect for families of 4-5 but can sleep more if needed. Sleeps 4-8 (8 max) Queen (short) Murphy bed-folds down above sofa, sleeps 2. Double over double bunk, sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults comfortably. U shaped dinette converts into sleeping area for 1 adult or 2 kids. Linens and pillows provided for each sleeping space! U shaped dinette slides out to maximize interior space! Large 15' awning with exterior lights (multiple colors!) and speakers to help bring the party outdoors! Stereo/radio system has Bluetooth capability or auxiliary input. The dinette table provides ample seating and has extra storage available under the seat cushions. Bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink/cabinet with a medicine cabinet for storage. Moderately stocked kitchen includes pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils and some extras as well! Kitchen has large refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner range and microwave. We provide basic cleaning supplies, broom/mop, washcloths/towels, dish towels, hand soap, dish soap, dish scrubber, and small first aid kit. Please bring all personal toiletries. NO smoking or vaping INSIDE the trailer. We clean/sanitize the camper between each rental. We expect the camper to be in a similar state to pickup/delivery. We provide basic cleaning, laundering, and sanitizing ($50 cleaning fee), but if we find If the camper is returned excessively dirty and takes longer than an hour to clean we will keep a portion of your deposit to cover any excess cleaning of $45/hr. Pets are welcome with a $10/night fee. If we find excessive pet messes, ie urine or feces, upon inspection, we will keep a portion of your security deposit ($150) to cover costs of cleaning. After the rental period, we’ll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage from renter or pets or cleaning charges if necessary).
