A very clean RV that sleeps 2-4 people. We have a real full sized queen mattress that very comfortably sleeps 2 adults and a pull out couch and fold down kitchen table to sleep 2-3 small children. Comes with a full sized lazy boy recliner, a couch and kitchen booth for four. It has an enclosed shower with 6 towels and wash clothes. Our kitchen comes stocked with silverware & dishes for 6. Also, pots and pans for cooking meals inside. A superb comfortable RV experience for a couple or small family. There is a generator for off grid camping (at an additional cost).

All necessary sponges, dish detergent; 3 pots with lids and skillet; plates for 4; paper plate; ice trays & maker for summer usage. Has toaster, coffee maker and Insta-pot for quick meals.
Bathroom: interior shower, sink,mirrored medicine cabinet, toilet; INCLUDED: 6 towels, 7 washcloths; travel size toiletries, toilet paper
Bedroom: Regular Queen size mattress; closets on both sides; storage above bed and below mattress for extra storage space with separate wall mounted 35"flat Screen TV
Couch has pull out double bed that sleeps 2-adults; Regular full recliner in den; Pull out mounted 35" TV with DVD. Trashcan, broom w/dustpan and umbrella mounted inside door for your convenience

Outside Photo of the RV. Both Propane tanks come full for winter heat and cooking, and there is also 2ea folding chairs for outside enjoyment. The outside awning is currently unavailable due to damage from a storm which required us to remove it.
