In the main living area there is a full size power bunk bed with linens and pillows and also a fold out sofa that turns into a bed. Super spacious bathroom. You will be surprised how spacious it is. There is a brand new 32" TV w/DVD player on a swivel mount. The drop down ramp is great to use as a patio especially with the pair of captains chairs. You may also lower the drop down screen to keep the bugs and dust out. Furnace has kept me warm in the Colorado mountains. A/C kept me cool in the Utah Desert. This is my home away from home.
