Welcome! Our Forest River Sandpiper 365SAQB, is a renovated, 42 5th wheel with 4 slide outs. The main living space is equipped electric fireplace, smart TV, and pull out sofa. While the kitchen is small, you do have a residential refrigerator, and enough counter space to make tasty meals. One pot spaghetti is always a hit when we travel! The table is custom with an L shaped bench, perfect for family meals or board games. Clue is a family favorite, one we have included in the rig. The main bedroom is private and has a queen size memory foam mattress as well as a nice large closet. The bathroom has a full-size shower! In the rear is a bunk house with a half bath, making it an ideal space for kids! There are 4 memory foam twin beds and plenty of closet space and an open floor, perfect for those rainy days where outside activities are less than ideal. The outside kitchen has a mini fridge (perfect for keeping beverages cool) and a sink. We offer delivery and set up. The door is equipped with a key pad for easy of arrival. The rig is fully stocked with: - 2 sets of linens for each bed - 8 bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels - plates, cups, bowls, flatware - pots, skillets, baking pans, cooking utensils and knives - Keruig (and K-cups) - basic spices - paper products - non-toxic cleaners - 4 adult camp chairs and 2 kid size chairs
