Has an Awning, indoor/outdoor speakers, a 24 inch smart tv to stream off "if internet is available". An outdoor mini fridge, screen door, built in fold down steps with outside rug. On the inside there is a 72x 60 mattress, small bunk beds, and a dinette table that converts to small bed all come equipped with fresh linens. Kitchen has microwave, 2 burner stove, refrigerator/freezer and sink. Bathroom has shower/sink and toilet. There is an LP tank on front with propane for stove/furnace and water heater (there is also a backup 110 water heater). All water tanks will be full when you pick RV trailer up. Please make sure all tanks are dumped before returning or an additional charge will be applied. This compact RV can be easily towed with almost any midsize vehicle that has a 2” ball. Delivery and set-up is available. Generator and gas grill available for a small fee. All beds will have mattress covers and sheets, but bring your own blankets, pillows and towels. Pots, pans and silverware are included, but make sure to do the dishes before you drop the camper off.
