Our NEW 25' Coachmen Catalina travel trailer... perfect for families! Has a single slide, one queen bed, 3 bunks and a dinette that turns into a bed. Sleeps 6-7 people. The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen items. Utensils, plates, cups and pots are included. Generator, Electric awning, AC/heat, led lighting, CD stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers, flat screen smart TV, automatic hot water heater, super wide slide! Load equalized hitch with electric tongue jack and electric brakes. Every rental comes with the generator and includes four FREE hours of use per day! *Paved roads or graded service roads only. Please remember it's not an off-road vehicle. *Tow vehicle must be able to tow 7,500 lbs and be equipped with a brake controller (we have one available for rent if needed). *A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if the interior is not clean upon return. (renters are responsible to return the trailer as clean as when it was picked up) If the exterior is excessively dirty and additional $150 detail fee may be charged. *Must be 25 to rent with a clean driving record. *Please don't climb onto the roof or slide. *NO SMOKING or PETS
