It’s a grand design, the “Porsche” of trailers -2 large bunks for the kids (you and a kid can fit on one😁, reclining chairs, dining room table/nook, and a master bedroom with its own entrance! -It’s an all season trailer...so you are warm and comfy in the winter and cool in the summer. 2 large AC units and a thermostat controlled heater ensures ultimate comfort. -Gas and electric refrigerator and hot water heater allows for non hookup based camping. It has a beautiful kitchen area fully decked out with all the essentials. -2 TV’s for lazy evenings and indoor/outdoor speakers for tunes to keep you dancing through the day😎.Nice shower and bathroom area.....so no more sneaking through the cold to the public restroom👍 -It comes with 1 pop up easy outs for the shade along with the electric pop oh awning from the trailer. -No need to bring chairs, blankets, towels, bedding, plates, silver ware, cook ware, cups, they are all included. Spices and oils included. We have you covered. It’s all ready to go. -professionally cleaned after each use -I strongly suggest camping at campsites with “hook ups” if you want to take advantage of the TV’s and AC’s. I do have a generator which powers these units but because of the noise it’s not something you should run for to long. That is if you want to be a considerate neighbor. The generator cost $35/day. $4.30/gallon of gas. Just running off of batteries and being considerate of you energy usage, without any electrical connections the batteries last about 2 full days -strongly recommend camping at the Carlsbad campgrounds or San Elijo campgrounds. **please note: it’s a 10,000lb trailer, meaning only people with large trucks and experience towing will be approved to drive the trailer. Otherwise I can deliver it within 30 miles of my home for a delivery fee. -small dogs trained dogs are allowed. No cats under any circumstance. Renter is responsible for all damages. -I am a firefighter for my occupation so delivery/set up days may need to be adjusted. This is why I don’t have it set up for instant book. I am very responsive though and will correspond immediately with you once you open a conversation. Discounts available for longer rentals. -$125 cleaning fee -$40 dumping/sanitizing fee -$200 delivery fee -$35/day generator fee -$4.30/gallon ***Please be aware of the strict cancellation policy. If your group gets kick out of the site for any reason, the renter will be responsible for any and all costs lost.
