This RV is perfect for a family trip, or just providing a little extra space and comfort! The full length slide opens to provide 2 dedicated sleeping bunks not found in most Class C's, plus the spacious Queen in rear, not to mention the cab over XL Queen bed allows 6 people to sleep without converting the dinette or sofa. Including those as this RV can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. The interior has everything you could need; a dedicated bedroom with queen bed, built-in cabinets, a full kitchen, bathroom w/ shower, dining table and sofa. There is Tons of storage inside & out ensuring you can bring nearly anything with you on your trip. Not to mention this RV comes equipped with everything you need for your next get-a-way! Outside includes speakers that connect to the stereo and a large awning with LED lights. There is also an outdoor shower to allow for quick rinses or cleaning before heading inside. We take pride in having a fully functional, fully stocked rig. This RV is brand new and everything works perfectly. The generator starts easily should you need power and the gas Ford E-450 is easy to drive. Also automatic leveling system makes camping easy and safe. We hope you enjoy camping in it as much as we do. Here is some of what is included: -We provide a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, knives (including steak knives), serving utensils, etc. -We provide towels for 8 people and sheets for the 4 permanent beds and scissor couch including pillows for each place to sleep. We just ask you to bring your own blankets. -We provide at least 4 camping chairs and light weight folding table. A 9' x 15' nylon mat for the outdoor living space. -There is a smart HD TV and stereo in the RV. -Tool kit and all necessary accessories. -The unit will be extremely clean when you get it. We will provide a sanitary cleaning of the unit after it returns/before you pick it up. All we ask is that you do your dishes, strip the beds, dump the tanks, and return everything where you found it. We'll take care of the rest. -Keep in mind, there is NO SMOKING in or near the RV. Pups are welcome with prior approval! We have an invisible pup policy - this means you won't see any sign of pups in our campers. Your furry friends may be welcome, but their hair, paw prints, and any other signs of their residency must be thoroughly cleaned. Any deep cleaning by our crews to remove hair or other signs of pets will be charged to the renter. Damage, as always, will be the renter's responsibility. *Pick-up times: Please choose a pick up time at time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Saturdays are by appointment only. Unless there is an extenuating circumstance, we are not open on Sundays. Of course, if you have any issues on a Sunday during a rental, we'll answer your call! Please plan on 1 hour for pick up. We'll go over everything and make sure you're comfortable before setting you off on your adventure.
