However, we realize that many of you (like us) may not want to spend their winter dealing with below-freezing temperatures and constant snowfall. For those of you who prefer to escape the cold, we&#8217;ve found some great camping destinations in the South that are ideal for RVing all year &#8217;round. Check out these Good Sam approved southern camping destinations:<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oceanlakes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ocean Lakes Family Campground &#8211; South Carolina<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, this pet-friendly campground has 640 paved sites, 50-amp electric, and 859 full hookup sites to accommodate warm-weather RVers from near and far. The heated pool is perfect for winter swimming, and the scenic beach views are beautiful from sunrise to sunset. Free Wi-Fi is available at all campsites and the Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center offers fun games and activities all year long. If you&#8217;re planning to camp at Ocean Lakes this winter, make sure you take part in the traditional <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oceanlakes.com\/things-to-do\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Polar Bear Plunge<\/a> in the ocean on December 31st!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"cgname\" title=\"campground name\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boydscampground.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Boyd&#8217;s Key West Campground &#8211; Florida<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy tropical waterfront camping in Key West at the USA&#8217;s most southern campground.
