{"id":113,"date":"2015-08-06T15:13:50","date_gmt":"2015-08-06T15:13:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/blog\/?p=113"},"modified":"2023-10-13T16:41:59","modified_gmt":"2023-10-13T20:41:59","slug":"help-rv-dealers-section","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/blog\/help-rv-dealers-section\/","title":{"rendered":"Help: RV Dealers Section"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>RV Dealers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Local Dealers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>RV Dealers by State<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Dealer Advertising<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>RV Rentals<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Helping you understand how to navigate through the new website for RVUSA.com is my goal. \u00a0I started out with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/blog\/help-rvs-for-sale-section\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RVs For Sale<\/a> section, and now this post will explain all the pages under <strong>RV Dealers<\/strong> in the navigation.<\/p>\n<p>If you happen to click on RV Dealers in the main navigation, it will take you to the Local Dealers\u00a0page, which is the first page in the drop-down menu for this section.<\/p>\n<h4>Local Dealers<\/h4>\n<p>On the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-dealers-local\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Local Dealers page<\/a>,\u00a0you will see the dealers within a 50 mile radius of your location that are currently signed up to list their RVs for sale with us. \u00a0If there is a Platinum Member within that radius, they will be at the top of this page, along with all of their information, 4 random units, and a link to &#8220;View Units Available&#8221;, which will take you to all of their listings. \u00a0The other dealers listing with us will display in random order with all of their details, and again a link to view units available.<\/p>\n<p>At the top of this page, we&#8217;ve recently added a &#8220;Change Location&#8221; button. When you click on it, a window will appear where you can enter a new zip code. \u00a0You&#8217;ll enter the new zip code, and click the Change button. \u00a0It will save that new zip code for about 20 minutes, or until you change it again.<\/p>\n<p>There is a link at the top and bottom for &#8220;View More RV Dealers by State&#8221;, and 3 random units in the featured section on the left side.<\/p>\n<h4>RV Dealers by State<\/h4>\n<p>We have a map of the United States at the top of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-dealers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this page<\/a>, and text links for each state at the bottom. \u00a0You can use either of them to get to the dealers listed in each individual state.<\/p>\n<p>In checking our stats for 2015, I see that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-dealers\/Florida-12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Florida<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-dealers\/Texas-51\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Texas<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-dealers\/Michigan-27\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Michigan<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-dealers\/Ohio-41\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ohio<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-dealers\/California-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">California<\/a> are the top five states our visitors click on to find\u00a0RV dealers.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, when you find a dealer that you would like to watch, click on their company name to get to their details page, and then click the &#8220;Save This Search&#8221; link at the top left. \u00a0This will save the dealer to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/blog\/what-is-myrvusa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyRVUSA account<\/a> so that you can access them easily.<\/p>\n<h4>Dealer Advertising<\/h4>\n<p>Most of the RVs listed on our website are for sale by dealer units. \u00a0We have a few hundred at any given time that are individuals selling their RVs, but for the most part it&#8217;s dealers. \u00a0Since RVUSA.com is an online community for RVers, we have advertising available to any company in the RV Industry for the most part. \u00a0If you have an RV Dealership, RV Resort or\u00a0Campground, RV Manufacturer, etc., <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/about\/advertise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this is the page<\/a> you would want to check out to get more information about advertising with us.<\/p>\n<h4>RV Rentals<\/h4>\n<p>The layout of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-rentals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RV Rentals page<\/a> is exactly like the RV Dealers by State page. \u00a0You can either click on the state on the map, or in the list below to find RV Dealers that provide rentals. \u00a0If a dealer is using our online rental manager, they will have a red link that says &#8220;<span style=\"color: #800000;\">View RVs for Rent<\/span>&#8221; like HW Motor Homes on this page: \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-rentals\/Michigan-27\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-rentals\/Michigan-27<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I checked our stats so far for 2015 to see what our top 5 states are for rentals, and I found out they are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-rentals\/Michigan-27\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Michigan<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-rentals\/Florida-12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Florida<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-rentals\/Texas-51\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Texas<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-rentals\/California-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">California<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rvusa.com\/rv-rentals\/Connecticut-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Connecticut<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s it for the RV Dealers section of RVUSA.com. \u00a0Thanks for reading \u2013 I hope it was helpful.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, comments, or feedback, please post them here.<\/p>\n<p>Happy Camping!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cindy Spencer \u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; RV Dealers Local Dealers RV Dealers by State Dealer Advertising RV Rentals Helping you understand how to navigate through the new website for RVUSA.com is my goal. \u00a0I started out with the RVs For Sale section, and now this post will explain all the pages under RV Dealers in the navigation.
