What a fantastic Family layout for outdoor adventures. This fifth-wheel RV has two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are two entry points into this unit as well, with one on the rear that opens into the rear bath for clean-up prior to entering the living areas or bedrooms. What a great concept for family vacations or hunting trips.
Comprehensive extended service/warranty plan is available with purchase. Seller bought this plan when they purchased the RV new.
Entering through the main side door, you come into the living area. Here, you find a nice open space thanks to a large slide-out. Upon entry to the right is a bench dinette with 2 chairs. Above here is the large TV on a swivel mount. Opposite the dining area is a 3-seat recliner/sofa.
The kitchen has a nice U-shaped solid-surface countertop with a large rectangular sink (no more struggles with small double sinks). There is also a 3-burner gas stove, oven, and microwave. Cabinets and a big pantry next to the 4-door refrigerator/freezer offer plenty of storage space.
Heading aft is the rear bedroom with a sliding barn door. Here, you will find a convertible dinette with another bunk overhead. On the opposite side of the room are two more bunks, and at the rear, there is a ladder up to the loft sleeping area. The rear bathroom has a tub-shower combo, toilet, and vanity. The rear entry door opens into this bathroom.
Back in the living room and headed forward is the short hall to the master bedroom with a full bath, including a large shower. The bedroom has a King bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. A large closet with washer/dryer hookups is forward.
Below is great storage, two 30 lb. propane tanks, and all your hook-ups. There is an outdoor mini-fridge and a 2-burner slide-out stove.
