This is a very well maintained and upgraded motor home that we used to travel cross country over the past three years very comfortably. We have thoroughly enjoyed travelling in this motorhome, but due to medical issues we are not able to do it any longer. Would love to sell to someone who will enjoy this unit as much as we have. Have all of the manuals, maintenance records, checklists and operating procedures. Chassis upgrades includes a steering stabilizer, front and rear Koni shocks, front and rear Sumo springs and front and rear anti-sway bars. These upgrades have made a night and day difference in how the motorhome handles.
The cockpit includes a power reclining/swivel drivers captain chair, non-power reclining/swivel passenger chair, an entry area table, in-dash touchscreen radio, a passenger side computer workstation, a rearview camera with one way audio, two side view cameras, a power windshield shade and manual driver and passenger shades, and a power 42? x 80? P2K Euro lift bunk bed.
The living room consists of a dream dinette that has two custom made drawers under the seats, a Thomas Payne four person reclining theater seat with adjustable head rests and power leg rests and heating and massage capabilities, a 40? LED television with sound bar and a 5000 BTU fireplace that can heat the entire unit very comfortably.
The kitchen includes solid surface countertops, a counter extension, dual stainless-steel sink w/covers, a stainless-steel oven with 3 burner cooktop and oven, a stainless-steel convection microwave, a stainless-steel 4 door Norcold 18 cu. ft. electric/gas refrigerator and a pantry with 5 easy glide slide drawers. The bathroom is separate from the shower and includes a porcelain toilet, medicine cabinet, vanity lights and an exhaust fan. The fiberglass shower includes a seat, skylight and shower curtain.
The rear bedroom includes a desirable 72? x 80? king size bed with nightstands that has 110v/USB outlets. Under the bed there is also a good amount of storage. The bedroom also includes a flip up 32? television, wardrobe storage area, clothes drawers and probably the most important feature to have while traveling long distance, a washer/dryer unit. The Splendide combo unit can wash and dry small loads in a matter of a couple of hours. If we ever own another MH, this will be a must to have.
