Excellent mechanical condition.
Good cosmetic condition.
Fully built out with bed, porta-potty, running water (10 gallons clean water, 7 gallon grey water), refrigerator, lighting, powered by 2 lead-acid batteries hooked up to 2 150 watt solar panels on the custom made roof rack.
Has pantry, Legun table, swivel passenger seat, book case, lots of storage below the bed and throughout. Very stealthy and truly "ready to go" to the next lucky traveler.
Mechanically- Had full tune-up with spark plug change at 130,000. Been getting oil changes at Nissan dealership. Excellent mechanical condition with the guy saying I should get at least another 100,000 miles from it. Super clean inside and out. Only mechanical issue is the lighter doesn't get power. It's about a $200 repair.
Tires in great shape.
Cosmetically- Super stealthy white van - does not look like a camper van at all. Has a custom made roof rack that essentially hides the solar panels and the fan. Has a few scratches and a part under the passenger door that is messed up. It was this way when I got it, and it doesn't impact drivability at all.
Also has a roll-out awning on the roof rack, but I've never used it.
Interior- Front: Two bucket seats, great shape and clean. Passenger side has swivel attached (the pricey one from Germany), and has the "arm" removed so that you can close the door with it in any position. Arm is included, if you want to put it back on. No center console - extra Swivel front seats - no center console.
Has a backup camera and a fancy radio that will do Apple Play or Google Radio. Hardwired and phone mount included. Curtain that divides from from back.
Midsection: Pantry that has the batteries at the bottom and shelving above it. Can remove the shelving to access the batteries, as needed. Electrical panel mounted on pantry side. Counter space with sink and running water, two 5 gallon clean water tanks and 1 7-gallon grey water tank under counter/sink. Shelf with lighting above the sink. Stick-on subway tile backing above sink. Legun leg mounted on door of pantry to serve as "desk" for the passenger seat when swiveled. Also can be mounted on the "porta-potty" box and makes a table that can swing inside or outside. Dometic top-load refrigerator mounted next to sink with storage below. Hard wired to batteries. Porta-potty box on the other side of the van, by the sliding door. Porta-potty slides into and out of the box. Box can be a seat when not driving and has a bookcase/storage shelves mounted above. 12V charging station mounted on side of shelving unit for use by bed. Lovely wood plank flooring.
