POPULAR ** Bounder 35H model featuring 1 1/2 baths !!

Step inside this Bounder, and you will find a nice open layout with a large slide on the driver's side.

This slide holds the sofa/sleeper and booth-style dinette/sleeper.

The sofa is the original sofa and looks brand new !! The Owners removed it and installed two large recliners in this space as it was just the two of them using the RV. The sofa and mattress have never been used.

The free-standing recliner has been removed.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless steel double bowl sink, three burner stove, convection microwave, 4 door refrigerator/freezer, and nice cabinet and pantry storage.

The kitchen has a utility closet that used to hold a W/D combo unit. The owner removed the W/D and has added nice storage for additional meal prep items. This can easily be turned back into a W/D space if needed by the new owner.

Off the kitchen is the 1/2 bath with sink, vanity, medicine cabinet, and toilet.

The main bedroom suite is to the rear of the motorhome. A walk-around Queen Bed with nightstands to each side. The opposite is the large wardrobe with dresser storage below. RELAX and enjoy the flat-screen TV.

The rear bathroom is full-width and features a large shower with skylight, a sink with a large vanity and cabinets above, and a linen closet and toilet.

The RV's exterior features slide toppers and a 17' power awning. There is an Onan 5.5kW generator with 360 hours. Nice basement storage for all your gear.

The Ford Triton V-10, 6.8L engine, has 362 HP and only 52k miles.

Set up is a breeze with side and rear cameras and the auto leveling system.
