I called it my tiny house at 8’ x 25’. It has a retro feel and is being sold as you see it fully furnished. Within the slide-out area is an eat-in kitchen & a faux leather futon with brand new carpeting. The Formica-top kitchen table is from the 60s but I put a telescoping pedestal for its leg, so convenient! I saved the hairpin legs that it came with in the outside storage area. There are two new vinyl, black and white chairs and two black and white storage benches for extra seating.
The kitchen and bathroom sinks have new faucets & plumbing updated throughout. The entertainment center includes TV, hook ups for cable/Internet, new speakers and a propane fireplace. Lots of new paint and wallpaper complete the renovation. The bedroom has 3 closets and the queen bed lifts easily to access more storage. It needs nothing and is ready to move in. I lived in it while fixing it up and enjoyed the camping atmosphere to come home to… so peaceful.
While at the RV park the monthly bills were under $750 total and that includes enough wood for nightly campfires! So much nicer and much more affordable than an apartment or house! She was winterized before being stored and ready for her new occupant/owner.
