Why Visit Idaho?

Idaho is the outdoors lover’s state. The unique landscape of Idaho has rivers, mountains, and farmlands create the scenery that spans two time zones and many different terrains. The northern panhandle has green hillsides, forested mountains and clear lakes. Central Idaho is extremely mountainous, while southern Idaho has the Snake River Plains along with open vistas, farmlands and cityscapes.

Idaho supports a wide range of outdoor activities including hunting, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, white water rafting, hiking, and cycling. Idaho has many unique mountain vistas and canyons for scenery along with ghost towns, mining towns, and theme parks.
