2004 Forest River All American Owners Manual

My brother has bought an 2004 Forest River All American Sport and it does not have an owners manual with it. Does anyone have an idea where one might be found or an email for a Forest River dealer that I could write to? Thanks in advance.

I am around Albany, NY. Could you give me some idea who that would be? I have absolutely no idea about this kind of thing?
