Shasta Cheyenne holding tanks

I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who has had trouble with their holding tanks not emptying completely.... Has anyone had the fix proposed by Shasta and did it help? Thanks for all your advice.

Most holding tanks relie on gravity to empty, if not restricted by stuck valve or foriegn matter I would think tanks not properly installed. Have it checked with a Good rv tech. Happy Dumping
