I was wondering what a 1989 Jayco pop-up camper is good condition would cost? The man says it was stored inside and has new tires.

It would cost whatever you can negotiate the seller down to. To find out what it SHOULD cost, check out the Blue Book (library or your bank) or NADA (online). If you are buying from a private party you don't want to pay much more than wholesale.
